I usually put things off to the very last moment, and then have to rush to get it all done.
I'm often restless. I feel better when I'm active. And if I can't be active, I get fidgety.
It always takes me twice as long to do anything because I can never find the thing I need to do what it is I'm doing. I'm just disorganized.
My boss or significant other is often frustrated with me because I forget to do what I said I'd do. I forget obligations, appointments, and events. I'm told I'd forget my head if it wasn't attached.
I often feel like my mind is going a mile a minute but not in a useful way. At night I can't turn my thoughts off and go to sleep. During the day I just "spin" and get nothing done.

I have difficulty concentrating when the activity is boring. It can lead to careless mistakes in my work, or offending the person who's talking!

I have trouble knowing where to start or what to do next. I often feel at sea with big tasks that need organization.

I have a behavior that I do "too much". E.g., I spend too much or eat too much or spend too much time on the computer. It's getting to be (or is already) a problem.

I have projects I keep thinking I'm going to finish, and just don't. Following through and wrapping up the final details on anything is either hard for me or just doesn't interest me.
I talk a lot. I say what ever is on my mind, and it can get me in trouble. Sometimes I don't even know what it is I said!
